Package Price- $2,900

- A free introductory meeting to discuss your planning process

- Review of all vendor contracts & confirmation of vendor services 4 weeks prior to the wedding / event day

- Coordination of final wall through at ceremony/receptions site to determine layout and set up 

- Development of a wedding day timeline 

- Consultation meeting to go over the timeline details

- Distribution of approved timeline with your vendors 

-Consultant services on the wedding / event day for a maximum of 12 hours including:

• Inventory and take responsibility of wedding day items (programs, menus, seating, and or escort cards, unity candle, guest book, cake knife, toasting glasses, etc.) 

• Great vendors upon arrival and recieve deliveries onsite

• Oversee all vendors during the entire event

• Manage the flow of the wedding day

• Gather any personal items remaining at the end of the event (gifts, cake servers, toasting glasses and etc.)

• Ensure that everything at the venue is cleaned according to the contract

- Provision of complete wedding emergency kit
